As a lifelong resident of Millbury, MA, Kyle Boria has a passion for providing quality service to his community in property maintenance. From a young age, Boria learned from his father how to maintain the property of his childhood home and watched his father operate a successful business. 

While attending Millbury Memorial Jr./Sr. High School and Nichols College, Boria worked for local landscaping and snow removal companies in central Massachusetts. Boria graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with concentrations in entrepreneurship, management, and marketing. Founded on a passion for enhancing and maintaining property care and an understanding of the complexities of a successful business, Boria Property Maintenance is dedicated to creating an exceptional customer experience.
